Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and certificates included.

  • Custom or engraved items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Return Process:

  1. Email us at Contact@gemstonemajesty.com with your order details and the reason for the return.

  2. Our support team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to: 2266 Nc 109 Hwy S, Mount Gilead, North Carolina (NC), 27306.

3. Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
